Mechanic’s Responds® is taking the "gag" off and shedding more light, on a national stage, in order to expose to all just how unfair the BBB really is.

Mechanic’s Responds® rolled out today its new plan to "take the gag off" and to make the public aware of the unfair practices of the CBBB, the Atlanta BBB and the unfair BBB system in general.
This new public information
campaign was made possible today with a grant from
Mechanic’s
Responds'® parent Company
Mechanic's Heating & Air
Conditioning, LLC, "Mechanic's" and in conjunction with
Google's Ad Words on-line products.
In a statement today, Mechanic's told Mechanic’s Responds® that it feels the Atlanta BBB discriminates unfairly against them personally. Mechanic's believes that the Atlanta BBB is unfair, biased, and is out to destroy their business. As evidence, Mechanic's points to a recent event in which the Atlanta BBB refused to update Mechanic's so called BBB Reliability Report to reflect Mechanic's has currently responded to the Atlanta BBB's 2007 ad review.
In fact, Mechanic's
was told by
Dottie
Callina, a "BBB Reliability Report Issues" Employee
that "Because the original ad challenge was opened in 2007 and you did not
respond, the
complaint will remain as is". This is clearly a case of the BBB being
unfair. Why do they not include this statement on Mechanic's Ad Review as
currently listed on-line by the unfair Metro Atlanta BBB? Is it because
the BBB is unfair? Is it because the BBB is biased? To this
reporter, it looks like a clear case of BBB abuse. More specifically BBB
abuse and BBB unfair
treatment of a BBB non-member.
Additionally, the Atlanta BBB still has Mechanic's listed with an "F" grade despite the number of happy customers Mechanic's services annually, the 1,100+ on-line documented happy customer compliments acquired by Mechanic's, the cooperation Mechanic's has afforded the Atlanta BBB by responding timely to all complaints brought to Mechanic's attention, the vast amount of Company Information Mechanic's has supplied to the Atlanta BBB concerning the operations of Mechanic's, and the fact Mechanic's has not had a single BBB complaint since last year.

Extra evidence to show just how unfair the Atlanta BBB is toward Mechanic's, the Atlanta BBB has also marked Mechanic's "BBB Reliability Report" with an "F" because of an alleged Ad Issue as posted at MechanicsAir.com. Mechanic's boasts (legally called "puffing") that "Mechanic’s has become the most trusted name in Air Conditioning, Heating, and Home Comfort." Despite the non-disputed fact Mechanic's has the largest base ever collected of on-line documented happy residential HVAC customers, the Atlanta BBB either wants an "independent survey" to verify this statement or they want the statement to say something like this: "Mechanic’s has become one of the most trusted name in Air Conditioning, Heating, and Home Comfort." That's right, for two words, the Atlanta BBB has hit Mechanic's with a grade of "F". If that is not the BBB being biased and unfair BBB, then I don't know what an unfair BBB is.
This in spite of the fact the BBB says that they are the place to "Start With Trust". Where is the "independent survey" to support this assertion? Personally, I think of Consumer Reports for "Trust". The Atlanta BBB is so unfair, they have ignored the many requests of Mechanic's to produce such a survey.
Also, the tabloid press, "Fox 5 News", a close friend of the Atlanta BBB and its President, Fred Elsberry, says they are "The most powerful name in local news". Again, where is the "independent survey" to support this assertion? The Atlanta BBB is so unfair, have ignored the many requests of Mechanic's to produce such survey to support this assertion.
There is no difference in what Mechanic's advertises that what the BBB or Fox 5 does, except Mechanic's has documented proof.
In an other example of a unfair BBB, the Atlanta BBB also penalizes Mechanic's BBB "Grade" allegedly because, according to the Atlanta BBB, the BBB does "not have sufficient information to determine how long this business has been operating" and the "BBB does not have sufficient background information on this business". Putting aside the fact that Mechanic's has supplied the Atlanta BBB with a bounty of information, if the BBB claims not to have enough "information" to give a grade - Then don't give a Grade. The BBB should tell the public how it is: "This BBB does not have enough information on this Company to give them a Grade". Yet another example of how unfair the BBB is.
Mechanic's is eager to get this BBB bias and unfairness national if not worldwide coverage. That is why Mechanic's has agreed to financially support Mechanic’s Responds® in this new public information campaign.
If Mechanic’s Responds® "traffic facts" are correct, and as past records have shown, the "BBBs" all across this country, including the CBBB, will be very interested in this new public information campaign which began today.
Mechanic’s Responds® is excited to participate in this new public information initiative for the benefit of justice.
To see this new national Mechanic’s Responds® campaign, simply type "BBB Unfair" into Google and press the enter key. The Mechanic’s Responds® link will appear in the pay per click section of Google.
The BBB may hope the "gag" stays on the unfairness, and abuses of the BBB, not to mention their new grading system, however, things are changing.
